Sweet n’ Salty Chocolate Drops

Ingredients:
  • 1½ tbsp. almonds
  • ¾ tbsp. sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 2 oz. dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
  1. Combine the almonds, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave for 20–30 seconds. Stir, then microwave again in 15 second intervals as needed.
  3. Lay out a piece of wax paper on a baking sheet. Using a spoon, pour the chocolate in quarter-sized circles onto it.
  4. Pressing lightly, lay a spoonful of the fruit-and-nut mixture onto each of the chocolate drops.
  5. Allow the drops to harden, about 45–60 minutes. For quicker results, you can put them in the refrigerator.
