Pineapple-Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Makes 1 bowl

Smoothie:
  • 1½ c. frozen pineapple
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ⅓ c. unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 4 ice cubes
  • ¼ c. water
Toppings:
  • Chia seeds
  • Pineapple slices
  • Mango slices

Instructions:
  1. In a blender, combine all the smoothie ingredients, and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, and top with the chia seeds, pineapple slices, and mango slices.
