Herby Feta Whip
Featuring fresh herbs and fresh garlic, this thick spread is an impeccable foil to baguettes, crackers, roasted vegetables—anything, really!
Serves 5–6
Ingredients:
- 8-oz. feta block
- ⅓ c. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped herbs (e.g., basil, dill, parsley)
- Pinch of pepper
- Salt, to taste
