Herby Feta Whip

Serves 5–6

Ingredients:
  • 8-oz. feta block
  • ⅓ c. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped herbs (e.g., basil, dill, parsley)
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Salt, to taste
