Green Tea Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp. matcha powder, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 c. nonfat coconut milk
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. stevia
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ c. ice cubes (filling about half an 8 oz. glass)

Instructions:
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass, and sprinkle with extra matcha powder if desired.
