Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. matcha powder, plus extra for garnish
- 1 c. nonfat coconut milk
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp. stevia
- 1 banana, frozen
- ½ c. ice cubes (filling about half an 8 oz. glass)
