Decadent Vegan Fudgesicles

Ingredients:
  • 1½ c. coconut milk
  • ½ c. dark cocoa powder
  • ½ c. maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions:
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice-pop molds, and freeze overnight or until firm.
  3. Run the treats under warm water to remove them from their molds before serving.
