Blushing Berry Sorbet

Ingredients:
  • 1½ c. water
  • 1½ c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. strawberries, diced
  • ½ c. dry rosé

Instructions:
  1. Combine the water, sugar, lemon juice, and strawberries in a saucepan, and bring the mixture to a boil.
  2. Lower the heat to a simmer, and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for another 5 minutes or until the strawberries are reduced.
  3. Stir in the rosé, and pour the mixture into a metal loaf pan. Freeze for at least 6 hours before serving.
