Serves 4

For the float:
  • 8 c. sweet tea, chilled
  • 2 c. lemon sorbet
For the garnish:
  • Lemon slices
  • Mint sprigs

Instructions:
  1. Fill four large glasses three-quarters of the way full with the sweet tea.
  2. Top each glass with 1–2 scoops of lemon sorbet. Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs, if desired.
